Lisa pursued her higher education at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, majoring in broadcast communications while simultaneously excelling as the point guard and captain of the women’s basketball team.

Lisa Kerney’s broadcasting career has been marked by significant milestones. In September 2018, she took on the role of hosting “More Ways to Win” on FanDuel’s TVG.

Before that, she joined ESPN in February 2014, where she co-anchored the 11 p.m. Sportscenter until her departure on April 27, 2018.

Lisa Kerney’s dedication and talent in sports reporting were recognized early in her career. During her time as a sports producer, reporter, and anchor at KXLF-TV in Butte, Montana, from September 2004 to 2005, she received The Montana Standard 2005 People’s Choice Awards for “Best Sports Reporter” and “Best TV Personality.”

Her passion for sports journalism was evident even during her 2003 summer internship at Metro Sports in her hometown of Kansas City, Missouri.
